From our love of healthy Isaan food (a North-eastern Thai cuisine), Nittaya Kaiyang came into

existence in order to improve a typical, old style cuisine, into a modern high quality dish. With our

commitment to good service and quality control, Nittaya Kaiyang is the perfect restaurant for both

Thai and foreign customers who love the unique taste of Isaan food.

Nittaya Kaiyang Restaurant was founded in 2000 as a small restaurant with only 280 square meters

on Rattanathibet Road, Nonthaburi, Thailand. The restaurant rose to popularity when it was highly

recommended by M.R. Thanadsri Svastivadhana (a highly-renowned Thai food guru) and his son M.L.

Sirichalerm Svastivadhana. Since then, Nittaya Kaiyang has become one of the most beloved

restaurants in Thailand, and has been able to retain its popularity over the years.

With over 30 years’ experience in the food industry, Nittaya Kaiyang has been able to provide only

the freshest and finest ingredients from the best sources. Moreover, Nittaya Kaiyang not only has

Isaan food, but also offers a wide range of Thai food from Central, Northern, and Southern parts of

Thailand.

Nittaya Kaiyang believes that the key element to our high quality food is using only the freshest

ingredients in our cooking. With the help of our well-trained chefs we are able to provide great
